Welcome to the SEEDZ WinField United Platform
This guide will walk you through the key features of the WinField United platform for Retailer Users, from logging in to participating in and reserving offers, and using your dashboard.

1. Getting Started: Language and Login
To start, you'll need to set your language and log in to the system.

Language Setup: Click the flag in the top right corner of the screen and switch it to "English". Note: Some URLs may revert to the default language (Português-Brasil) based on your browser's settings; if this happens, please repeat the language setup process.

SSO Login:
Click the SSO button to begin.
Select WinField United as your identity provider.
Log in using your WinField United credentials.
Navigate back to the SEEDZ Admin tab to continue.
2. Offers
The "Offers" section is where you can find, accept participation in, and reserve the available programs.
How to Find and Participate in an Offer
On the "Programs List," click "Offers".
Choose an offer from the list that is marked "Pending Acceptance".
Click "Manage".
Check the offer details and click "I want to participate".
Read and agree to the terms and conditions in the pop-up window. Check the box to agree, then click "I want to participate" again.
The offer status will now change to "Participating".
How to Reserve an Offer
Select an offer from the list that has a "Participating Status".
Click "Reserve".
In the reservation details, enter the US$ amount (SDZ coins will convert automatically).
If applicable, you can select the grower, select the product and the quantity.
Attachments and a description are optional.
Click "Reserve".
Reservation Details

Associated Growers: On the "Associated Growers" tab, you can check the growers linked to the offer and the status of the industry approval. It is also possible to export the grower's list on an Excel file via the "Actions" button.

History: On the "History" tab, you can check the Reservation ID, date, status, type, and the amount reserved.
3. Dashboards
The "Dashboards" section provides a comprehensive overview of your offers and performance.

Accessing the Dashboard: Go to the "Programs List" and click "Dashboards".

Key Metrics: Check key metrics like Reserved Budget, Associated Growers, Active Offers, and Pending Reservations/Attachments .

Performance & Engagement: View detailed performance and engagement metrics for your offers, including Budget allocation rate, Reserved budget rate, and Grower conversion rate.

Top Offers & Top Growers: Check the top offers (highest budget reservations) and top growers (highest reserved).
4. Support
If you need technical assistance, troubleshooting, or have inquiries related to system functionality, our support team is ready to help.

Chat: Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to speak with an agent.

For a faster response, include the following details (when applicable): Your full name and email address , a clear description of the issue or question, steps to reproduce the problem , any error messages , your device type and browser , and screenshots or logs that illustrate the issue.
