Welcome to the SEEDZ WinField United Platform
This guide will walk you through the key features of the WinField United platform for Industry Users, from logging in to creating and managing offers and reviewing dashboards.

1. Getting Started: Language and Login
To start, you'll need to set your language and log in to the system.

Language Setup: Click the flag in the top right corner of the screen and switch it to "English". Note: Some URLs may revert to the default language (Português-Brasil) based on your browser's settings; if this happens, please repeat the language setup process.

SSO Login:
Click the SSO button to begin.
Select WinField United as your identity provider.
Log in using your WinField United credentials.
Navigate back to the SEEDZ Admin tab to continue.
2. Offers
The "Offers" section is where you manage and create incentive offers for the retailer.
How to Create an Offer
Go to the Offers "List".
Click on "Programs".
Click on "Offers".
Click on "Create offer".
Fill out the Offer Info, including the Name of the offer, a Description (details about the rewards), whether Attachments will be required, and the Start Date and End Date .
After filling out the information, click on "Create".
How to Setup and Activate an Offer
After creation, you must complete the setup process in the offer's tabs:

Review Info: Review the offer info and edit as necessary. Upload Terms and Conditions in PDF (maximum file size 2MB) and the Offer Thumbnail in PNG or JPEG (recommended size 50x240px, maximum 10MB).

Retailers: Click the "Retailers" Tab , then click "Add retailer" to select the retailers that will participate in this offer.

Reservation Buckets: Click the "Reservation Buckets" Tab , then click "Add group". You must name the bucket, set the percentage allocation to 100%, and select the Target Audience.

Incentivized Products: Click the "Incentivized Products" Tab and click "Add products" to specify products for reservation and automatic calculation of the total value.

Redemption Options: Click the "Redemption Options" Tab , then click "Add option" to select the supplier, reservation buckets, and products for redemption .

Approvers Group: Click the "Approvers Group" Tab , then click "Add group" to set the people responsible for approving retailer attachments and reservations.

Budget: Click the "Budget" Tab , then click "Add budget" to insert the budget amount in USD for the selected reservation bucket.

Start Offer: Go back to the "Summary" Tab , click "Actions" then "Start Offer". The offer status will change to "Started," meaning it is ready to receive reservations.
3. Approvals
The "Approvals" section allows you to check and manage pending reservations and attachments.

Accessing Approvals: Go to the "Programs" List and click "Approvals".

Approvals Dashboard: On the "Summary" tab, check the approvals dashboard for pending reservations and pending attachments.

Checking Details: Click the offer's ID to check the full details of a reservation request, including who requested it, the requested amount, and any supporting documents .

Notes: You can click "Add note" to insert additional comments regarding the reservation request.
4. Dashboards
The "Dashboards" section provides a comprehensive overview of your offers' performance and engagement.

Accessing the Dashboard: From the "Programs List," click "Dashboards".

Key Metrics (Hover over boxes): Check general metrics like Total Budget, Reserved Budget, Available Budget, Pending Reservations, and Active Offers .

Offers Performance: View detailed engagement metrics, including budget allocation rate, reserved budget rate, grower conversion rate, and engagement level .

Top Retailers & Top Growers: Check which retailers reserved the most Seedz coins and which growers had the highest reservation.

Filtering: You can filter the information as needed for better visualization.
5. Support
